Running & Teaching

Tabletop gaming is a creative medium centred on collaboration, so itโ€™s essential for me to run and teach them with clarity and encouragement.

Roleplaying for an Audience

On camera or on stage, I keep an awareness of how my character fits in with the rest of the party dynamic, as well as the tensional arc of a great RPG session.

When getting gamers together, it’s imperative for me to organise events where everyone feels welcomed and confident that there’s a seat for them.

What an amazing time we had at our introductory D&D adventure with Jackson last night!
Jackson was super informative and helpful all the way through the briefing and set up process.
We were definitely all a little nervous and excited jumping into the adventure, but he made us all feel at ease and transported us right into the action within minutes.
As absolute beginners, Jackson was really great at walking us through the gameplay, building our confidence with the roleplay, and providing gentle guidance whenever we needed it.
The feedback from all involved was overwhelmingly positive.

A graduate of the National Theatre Drama School, I have rehearsed and performed for the stage, screen, and commercials.

As well as operating professional sound equipment for live and recorded audio, I can create atmospheric soundscapes for theatre.

I’ve played the violin since age 9, which has also transferred to basic proficiency with the viola, mandolin, Irish tenor banjo, and composition.
