Received orders, processed sales, and performed general retail duties at two busy game stores on Swanston St, a main CBD thoroughfare.
Created, documented, and trained staff in new stock control processes to increase the efficiency of regular tasks, such as ordering and stocktaking.
Established and maintained an online store of 20,000+ products using Cin7 and Shopify, including integrations of third-party services (Amazon and eBay).
Shipped orders and provided customer support.

Located in the CBD, Mind Games Melbourne is the oldest speciality game shop in Australia. During my time there I oversaw the launch of their online store, Gumnut Games.

That included the hefty task of cleaning up and standardising the taxonomy of Mind Games' massive product database. The result was a menu system that allowed staff to sort new products consistently, and allowed customers to browse for games and gear that they might have otherwise missed.
